Dr. Tyler Hartmann is the Founder and CEO of OptiHealth Diagnostics, a cutting-edge Genomics and Functional Diagnostics Nutrition Practice.
Dr. Hartmann’s professional journey began with the attainment of his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Kansas. His early career unfolded within the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in neurology, mental health, and hematology/oncology therapeutic areas. Over more than two decades, Dr. Hartmann has carved a distinguished path in senior leadership roles, fueled by his unwavering passion for driving clinical trials, launching innovative products, and engaging with the nation’s Key Opinion Leaders in Hematology and Oncology. His commitment remains steadfast in seeking answers and pioneering new therapies to enhance the lives of patients and their families.
Driven by a curiosity about why patients respond differently to therapies, Dr. Hartmann embarked on a quest to unravel patterns of efficacy and side effects across various medications. This led him to pursue certifications in Pharmacogenomics and Nutrigenomics, aiming to identify genomic differences that hold the key to understanding patients’ health, well-being, and longevity.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Hartmann’s personal journey served as the catalyst for his passion in science-based, functional diagnostic medicine. Having overcome his own health challenges, he transformed adversity into an opportunity for healing. Despite his familiarity with the traditional healthcare model, he sensed crucial puzzle pieces were missing & sought a more comprehensive solution to health and vitality.
His moment of revelation came when he discovered a scientific-based, functional diagnostic testing program that seamlessly integrated a Therapeutic Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation protocol. Driven by the belief that true health success requires identifying root causes through testing and implementing all five Foundational Pillars of Health, he found his comprehensive approach with a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practice.
